Policy

Reservation Policy:  Airbrushing Services during warmer months are limited so please make a reservation via text or phone call to guarantee a reservation.
 
Cancellation Policy:  We have a 48-hour cancellation policy due to our limited reservations this includes rescheduling appointments. For example, if you have reserved a 1pm Airbrush Reservation, you must cancel it the two days before by 1pm or you will be charge in full for the service you booked.  You will not be charged for the Airbrush if you cancel prior to our 48-hour cancelation period. Airbrushing Reservations that are NOT canceled prior to our 48-hour cancellation period will be deducted from the Airbrush Package or charged to your credit card for the service you booked. If you are scheduled on a Tuesday, your appointment must be canceled by close Saturday no later then 12pm otherwise you will be charged in full for your scheduled service.  This policy pertains to "no-shows" as well.  Your credit card will automatically be charge or your package will deducted.
 
Holiday Scheduling & Proms Cancellation Policy:  Airbrushing appointments and the busiest times of the year!  At Nikki Tans we realize that everyone has a hectic schedule during this time of the year. With this being said, all appointments scheduled the week prior to a Holiday including Proms will be paid at the time of booking. This will ensure Nikki Tans will always deliver the level of airbrushing and customer service we provide on a regular basis to every customer. Nikki Tans is a small business and we try our best daily to exceed your expectations. Holiday Cancellation Policy:  you must cancel 7 days before your scheduled appointment. There are no refunds regardless of the reason must be made 7 days prior for a full refund. Otherwise, non refundable. 

Late Fee:  Arriving 10 minutes later then your scheduled appointment time a fee of $12 will be automatically added to your service. 
 
After Hours Appointments:  Nikki Tans will schedule appointments when the store is closed.  This appointment must be paid at the time of booking to reserve a date and time.  An After Hours Appointment is not refundable regardless of the reason and cannot be rescheduled to a different day or time. Call for pricing. 
 
Walk-ins:  Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
 
Wait List:  Airbrush Reservations book up quickly during warmer months, but time slots do open up as clients reschedule. We will place you on our wait list. As soon as a spot becomes available in that day, you will be notified via text/phone call.
 
Children:  We do not provide childcare at Nikki Tans. For safety reasons, children are not permitted to be left in the waiting area while a client is getting Airbrushed. The minimum age for Airbrushing is 14 years of age, you will not bring any child under the age of 14 onto the premises without a separate adult supervising the child.
 
In Store Returns & Exchanges:  All items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. No Exceptions. Please note, refunds are not allowed. Purchases made via text message or by phone are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.  On-line Return Policy.
 
In Store Custom Orders:  Must be paid in full at the time of ordering.  In addition, you will be responsible for an additional $10 shipping fee automatically added to this order.  All custom orders are final sale.
 
Damaged Item: Take a photo of your item and email Nikki Tans at glow@nikkitans.com  within 48 hours of your purchase.  You will need to attach a photo of the item with an explanation and we will get back to you. We don't accept damage items that have been worn.  If your exchange is approved, Nikki Tans will replace that item from the manufacturer.   If  this item is sold out and cannot be replaced by the manufacture you will be issued a store credit only. Receiving a store credit for this item is at the sole discretion of Nikki Tans.
 
Party of 2 or more:  When booking 2 or more Airbrushing appointments, all appointments will need to be paid in full at the time of booking because of Covid-19 limiting the amount of appointments and are non-transferable to another day or time. We have a 72-hour cancellation policy for parties of 2 or more clients to receive a refund. 

Airbrush Packages/Transferability:  All Airbrush Packages & Referral Program Gift Cards are non-transferable including friends or family members.

Postcard Promotions:  Nikki Tans does not take expired postcards, they are not transferrable, Not to be combined with other offers.
 
Expirations:  Nikki Tans offers a Referral Program, for every 2 customers you send our way, Nikki Tans will mail you a complimentary Full Body Airbrush Spray Tan Airbrush Tanning is a seasonal business therefore this offer expires within 30 days. NO exceptions. 
 
Oops..…We Missed a Spot:  Our Airbrush Tans are near perfect almost every time.  On occasion we might miss a spot.  Contact us within a 12-hour period (48 hours over a weekend or holiday) from your Airbrush Tanning Appointment, include an explanation of the spot and attach a photo via text or email - We will get you touched up in no time!
